Comprehensive Real User Review: Therabody Theragun Prime
Founded by a chiropractor looking to rehabilitate a traumatic motorcycle injury, Therabody created the percussive therapy category. The Theragun Prime is their sweet-spot consumer model.
16mm Amplitude vs. Cheap Vibrating Guns
Most sub-$60 “massage guns” simply vibrate the surface of the skin with a 6mm to 8mm stroke, merely numbing the surface nerves. The Theragun Prime punches 16mm into the muscle belly 40 times per second, forcing oxygenated blood flow into tight fascia.
